Use of this website

This website gives general information about our services. Prices shown are starting points and are not an offer; your price is confirmed in a written quote.

Quotes, payments and ownership

Projects are normally billed 50% to start and 50% at launch; care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Once paid, you own your website content, domain and data.

Third-party services

Some solutions use outside services (for example hosting, email or CRM providers). Their own terms and fees apply, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Babaodi Tech Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in Harris County, Texas.
